FEATURES:
●Diamond Grits used in the segments are pretreated by means of composite-electroplating to form a composite coating (TiC+Ti-Cr+Ni). because of coating the diamond grits are chemical-linked with the bond metals. The retention of the grits is obviously better. the grits is reduced. The working life of the saws gets longer and the productivity gets higher.
●SEGMENTS appear multi-cutting edges. Because of the edges the sawing becomes a kind of complex way---grinding raised:light the sawing. smooth the surface cutting and low the noise occurring.
●SEGMENTS contains special slots on the two surfaces. With the slots the cooling is reliable,the stone crumbs are easy to hold and remove. So we can avoid the scratches on the surfaces of the cutting stones,which often occur becauseof the line-to-line contact when we use the ordinary trapezoid-like segments.
